Actual Mesmerising Sunset view from Serene Cottages. Our Cottages are available in two different Locations.
The First Location is the prime sunset view where we have Nisarga Inn, Shanti Niketan bungalow and Samruddhi Bhavan Bungalow.
The Second is a well furnished Private Bungalow called Sukh Sadan Bungalow.

Nisarga Inn

Check In Time : 12 noon and Check Out Time: 10.a.m.

“NISARGA” – means Natures beauty and Hotel Nisarga Inn justifies it.
Hotel Nisarga Inn is a super deluxe eight room and dining hotel centrally located between Mahabaleshwar and Panchgani,
2 Kms. from Mapro Garden towards Mahabaleshwar on the valley side.

A large sitout area over looks valley & strawberry fields. Sunset and Mahabaleshwar's highest peak called
Wilson point can be seen through the bedroom balconies. The full length window doesn't obstruct any view.

Marbonite flooring, furniture and other fixtures enhances the glory of these rooms.
Concept Bathrooms with elegant fittings are also some of the unique features.
The large and comfortable bedrooms are specially designed for couples.

The housekeeping staff keeps the place neat and clean.
A Garden with lawn and children's play park is also provided.

Dinning Hall and Conference Hall.
Multicuisine food served , cooked by well experienced chefs in our fully equipped separate Veg and Non-veg Kitchens.

Shanti Niketan Bungalow (in the same compound of Nisarga Inn) Check In Time : 12 noon and Check Out Time: 10.a.m.


Shanti Niketan is a beautiful independent 3 bedroom Bungalow. The area of the bungalow is 1600 sq.ft. It is very well furnished and has very beautiful valley view. All bedrooms have an attached western toilet. Samruddhi Bhavan is located just next to Shanti Niketan at a lower level.

Samruddhi Bhavan Bungalow (in the same compound of Nisarga Inn) Check In Time : 12 noon and Check Out Time: 10.a.m.

Samruddhi Bhavan is a seven bedroom hall Bungalow . The first floor of Samruddhi Bhavan comes on the same level as Shanti Niketan. There is an external staircase joining both the Bungalows. Inverter is provided in case of power failure. There is a T.V. with Cable network. Servants are provided for your service.

Ground floor: Ground floor has 3 Bedrooms and a hall. This unit is well furnished with all 3 bedrooms having attached western toilets, and a T.V. with cable connection in the living room. Servants keep the place neat and clean. A Garden with lawn and children's play park is also provided. All the units (floors) have totally separate entrances.

First floor: First floor is also a separate unit having 2 bedrooms with a 500 sq.ft. sitout terrace overlooking beautiful valley. This Unit has a single entrance with 2 separately located rooms with attached western toilets. This unit is ideal for a family of 6 people. This unit is very well furnished and has a T.V. with cable network in the large room.
Second floor: Second floor is an independent unit having 2 bedrooms with separate entrances. It has a beautiful sitout area with an excellent valley view. One can even view sunset from the first and second floor unit. Both bedrooms have attached western toilets. One is a double bedded room and the other is a large room with 2 double beds (4 bedded). This unit has a separate entrance too.

Sukh Sadan Bungalow
This Bungalow is also available for Long Lease , Corporate enquiries welcome.
Check In Time : 12 noon and Check Out Time: 10.a.m. Sukh Sadan is a unique beautiful Bungalow. It is meant for people who will not compromise for any thing else, but who will want only the best. It is a super deluxe bungalow with all luxurious amenities. The bungalow is very conveniently situated on the main Mahabaleshwar - Panchgani road, just 03 kms. from the lake. Resorts like Saj, Surya and Strawberry Country are situated at just walking distance. Lingmala waterfall a place for sight seeing is just opposite the bungalow.

The bungalow is independently located in 11,000 sq. ft. Land surrounded by fruit and flower trees. The total area of the Bungalow is 2900 sq.ft. with all very well furnished Bedrooms to suit your lifestyle. Five very well decorated and organized rooms are provided to give you maximum comfort and satisfaction.

All Bedrooms have TV with cable network. Breakfast & tea will be provided. We do not compromise on cleanliness. Accommodation and toilet with a separate entrance is provided for drivers and servants.
